Five minute walk from the Sugar Bowl Gondola. Arrive and leave your car parked! Reside in the 3rd Floor loft and bedroom. Ideal for parent(s)/child. Instead of waiting at the Lodge, return home and meet up later.

Shared entrance and kitchen. Two other bedrooms. 2nd full bathroom on the lower floor. No pets but a large mellow dog accompanies owners. Rent includes driveway plowing and most utilities – water, sewer, garbage, recycling, propane (first tank) additional is electricity and house cleaning, shared by usage. One car max.
