We have a few slots open in our ski share just north of Tahoe City in Carnelian Bay. Ski lease dates are Jan 3 – May 18.

We are a group of bay area professionals who value a friendly and relaxed cabin vibe. Most of us ski/board at Palisades/Alpine Meadows, a 20 minute drive away. Northstar and Homewood are all also within 20-25 minutes. The home is just a few steps away from a great network of trails and there is fantastic cross country skiing and snow-shoeing right out the door.

The house is 4br/2.5ba with a lake view. Older home, but fully updated with new furniture, bedding, fully stocked kitchen equipment. We have parking for 4-5 cars and a dining table that seats 8 plus four counter/bar seats.

There are two shared living spaces – a great room with fireplace/open to kitchen on 2nd floor and smaller den with TV on first floor. Large deck with gas and charcoal/smoker grills (when accessible, depending on snow and shoveling) and an outdoor sauna.

The house sleeps 10 in king and queen beds, and there is a futon and a blow up single for overflow. We limit membership to 14, and rarely have any crowding. Guests are welcome if space allows.

Adults only and dog friendly (supplemental fee applies for dog membership). Utilities and snow plow are included. Ski lease members are responsible for minor shoveling to supplement plow service.

Cost

$2500 per person. Ski lease dates are Jan 3 – May 18, 2025.
