West Shore Ski Lease Share near Touring with Hot Tub

Hi everyone!

My ski lease from last year has 1-2 open spots for our cabin for this season, and we’re looking for a few new joiners 🙂

A little about the lease:

-Located in Tahoma and close to Homewood, Palisades & Alpine (~22 min), & west shore touring (Jakes / Rubicon 10-15 min)
-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms shared among ~ 9 people
-Lease: Starts December 6, 2024 and runs through May 6, 2025
-Rent: Approx ~ $2000 for the whole season plus $500 deposit
-Parking: 2 car garage and space for 6 cars total
-Guests: Folks can bring up guests and we charge a small guest fee per night. These fees are pooled throughout the season and then shared among everyone in the cabin at the end of the season (last year they paid for utilities)
-House rules: We love dogs but sadly can’t have any pets in this cabin 😕 We also all have our own living arrangements outside of the cabin – we’re not looking for folks that want to live in the cabin full-time

A little about the group:

-Ski passes: Everyone part of the cabin so far has an Ikon pass, and most of the group are great skiers and/or snowboarders
-Vibe: Group of late 20s/30s somethings. Everyone’s really nice and we’re looking for folks that might be a good fit. Lots of carpooling to the mountain, eating dinner together, board games, movies, etc
