Winter 2025 Tahoe City cozy ski lease share looking for members

We are a group of 4, 30-40 year old professionals looking for 1-2 people to join our small cozy cabin in Tahoe City from Jan 5th – May 5th.

A bit about the house:
3 Bedrooms (2 rooms with queens, 1 room with twin beds) and loft area with futon
Fire place
Full kitchen
Flat driveway with room for 4 cars
No deck to shovel snow
unfortunately NO dogs
Strong internet

About us:
Laidback group, enjoy apres but like to hit the mountains early so not late night partiers. We primarily ski at Palisades / Alpine (intermediate / advanced skiers) although a few of us do backcountry ski sometimes. We have flexible schedules so all are in and out of the house and do work remotely but this is NOT a full time residence. We welcome guests although members get bed priority. We are all rarely there at the same time so overcrowding has never been an issue.

Cost: ~$2,500-$3,000 upfront including deposit depending on if we have 5 or 6 members
