This South Lake Tahoe ski lease is designed for four couples who rotate access to the home throughout the season. Each couple enjoys dedicated access to a master suite, with space to store personal items and schedule weekend or midweek stays using a shared calendar. The home is professionally maintained by an on-site manager who ensures it’s always clean, stocked, and ready for your arrival.

Located just a 10 minute drive from the Heavenly gondola. The ski lease includes a private room during your stay, and shared space that includes a hot tub, BBQ grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, and 2 available parking spots.
Looking to add some more people to our ski lease share in South Lake Tahoe. This is our 5th year running this ski lease at this house. We usually have between 10 – 14 people for the season. Located near the Y (about 10 mins from Heavenly, 35 from Kirkwood, 45 to Palisades Tahoe). We have weekend and weekdays only ski lease membership options.

Join our South Lake Tahoe 2025/26 Winter Ski Lease Share – join our beautiful, spacious home in South Lake Tahoe. We’re a friendly, respectful, and clean group looking for like-minded individuals to share in the fun of a Tahoe winter. We have space for a few full-timers and mid-weekers.
Join our 2025/26 amazing 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom ski lease share chalet with 7 beds, a game room, a BBQ, and a private hot tub jacuzzi. near Kirkwood. We accept dogs. Lease share duration is Jan 5 – April 26. We are only taking 10 members this season. The Chalet is in the closest town to Kirkwood Mountain.

8/30/25 Update: this ski lease is fully booked. We’re looking for a few folks or families to join our ski lease in South Lake Tahoe this season (Jan 2 – May 2). Our 2400 square foot 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is centrally located between Heavenly (15 min), Sierra (15 min), and Kirkwood (40 min), nestled next to protected National Forest land. Good for backcountry skiing too!
