We have room for one more family or couple to join us (3 families) for the 2024/2025 ski season. Join us and stay in our beautiful home for an optimal 6-month season from November 15, 2024 to May 15, 2025. Located at the entrance to Alpine Meadows so it’s easy to access in even the biggest storms and only a 5 minute drive to Palisades or Mountaineer shuttle ride to Alpine. Who says you cannot sleep in a bit and still get fresh powder!

Join our South Lake Tahoe ski lease for the prime location, kitchen, fireplace, *new* hot tub, and more and stay for the great company. We are looking for Mid-Week+, Weekend+, and All Week members with pricing starting at: $1299, $1,699, and $1,899 per person plus a partially refundable utility/cleaning deposit. This is our 20th year running this ski lease at this great house with many members returning from past years.

We have a membership spots in our 2024/25 ski lease, looking for friendly skiers and boarders to join our 4 bed, 3 bath home across from the scenic Donner Lake. We are professionals in our 30s and 40s from SF and the Bay Area. Dog friendly ski lease. Most of our members are weekend warriors, with 2 or 3 skiing midweek last year. We’ll ski Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl and Northstar this season. We have midweek and full week membership spots.

Join our ski lease share at Kirkwood Resort in a 1 BR 1 BA condo in Basecamp that is a 3 minute walk to Chairs 5 & 6 and a 5 minute walk to chair 11 & 10. It’s a small intimate place so we aren’t necessarily looking to build a huge club. However, my wife and I have been running ski leases for about 10 years. We hope to find 2 couples for a total of 6 people.

Our 4 bedroom (7 bed) 2.5 bath cabin located just 15 minutes from Alpine/Squaw in Tahoe City. We are welcoming conscientious guests who would like to join avid skiers and snowboarders for the 2024-25 winter from January 14th – May 22rd. The property is wonderfully located steps from Tahoe House Bakery, with parking for 8 cars. Almost guarantee every member get a real bed! We have a beautiful, spacious home in South Lake Tahoe and are looking for a few members to join our lease. The house has easy access to Pioneer Trail where streets get plowed quickly and is 10 min to Heavenly, 35 min to Kirkwood. The house includes 2 living spaces with TVs and fireplaces, 4 bedrooms with large beds (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Fulls), 2.5 bathrooms and is fully equipped with all kitchen supplies, sheets, towels, etc.

Join our 5 month ski lease (Dec 1- April 30) in South Lake Tahoe. The house is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom single family home in the Bijou neighborhood. It is 10 minutes from Heavenly (3 miles), 45 minutes from Kirkwood, and less than a mile from Safeway (5 minute drive/8 minute walk). There are no black-out dates. We are going to be limiting the number of members to 9 couples/singles.

The Freestylers Ski Cabin is offering a few memberships in its luxury Tahoe City ski cabin for the 2025 season from early January to early May, 2025. Members receive a house key and have unlimited access to the house and facilities throughout the season.
