Seeking 4–6 people for a dog-friendly North Lake Tahoe ski lease (January to April 2027)

I’m organizing a shared ski lease in the Carnelian Bay area for the 2027 winter season. The goal is to create a fun, social house for people who love skiing or snowboarding, appreciate great music, and are always up for the next adventure.

This isn’t a silent retreat. I’m hoping to find people who enjoy hanging out after a day on the mountain; sharing a meal, soaking in the hot tub, listening to music, telling stories, playing games, and making the most of every weekend. Respectful, considerate, and low-drama is a must, but I’d like the house to have energy rather than everyone disappearing behind closed doors.

The plan is to rent a dog-friendly cabin in Carnelian Bay or nearby. I anticipate the total season cost to be about $3200-$3400/per person, depending on what we end up spending on utilities and the exact cost of the lease. This would include firewood, electricity, water, etc.; whatever funds are not spent are returned to everyone proportionally.
