Seeking mid-week members for Squaw Valley 2026-27 ski lease. $3500 for the season. Walk to the Funitel. Hot tub with views of KT-22. The lease is from Jan 9, 2024 to May 9, 2024. The house is also on the service route for the Mountaineer, which is the free in-valley shuttle that will take you anywhere in the valley for free.
This spacious five-bedroom cabin is a short drive to Northstar and Palisades, and easy access to the fun of Truckee. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, giant living room, game room, 3 study area, 10+ parking spots, a hot tub, and even includes HOA amenities such as swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, a weight room and more, just a 5 min walk away! The other two cabins are located by Palisades Tahoe and Heavenly.
We have memberships available in our 2026/27 five-month winter ski lease, Dec 12- May 11, which includes ALL holidays, in Olympic Valley. The house is ideally located – only one mile to the lifts and Village at Palisades. Luxury amenity: take advantage of the Mountaineer, a free in-valley app service that runs shared vans that will pick up / drop off between the house and anywhere in the valley. Palisades will be charging for parking this year so this is a huge benefit.

The goal is to create a fun, social house for people who love skiing or snowboarding, appreciate great music, and are always up for the next adventure. The ski lease budget of about $3,500/month will be shared among a group of 5-6 people.
As of August 25, 2026, this ski lease share is full. Beautifully maintained and furnished 4-Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath home with a level driveway and two-car garage in lower Tahoe Donner. You will have your own room and full bath for the entire 2026-27 ski lease season. Easy access to and from all North Tahoe ski resorts. The Freestylers Ski Cabin is offering a few memberships in its luxury Tahoe City ski cabin with hot tub, sauna, large fireplace, and flat driveway for the 2027 season from early January to early May 2027. Members receive a house key and have unlimited access to the house and facilities throughout the season.
