Lease Term:  January 6th – May 5th, 2027

Pricing & Membership Options 

*all memberships INCLUDE utilities and are priced for the FULL SEASON 🙂
*no blackouts 

*The house will NOT be overfilled. If a member is in the house, they will have a bed. 

• Mid-Week Membership: $2050/season ($512.50/mo) + $800 deposit
  Stay Monday-Thursday. Weekend stays are possible with a $50/night guest fee if space allows.
  • Mid-week Couples: Couples receive a 10% discount on seasonal rent (deposit excluded)
• Weekend Membership: $2,900/season ($725/mo) + $800 deposit
  Weekend members may stay mid-week if space allows (no additional fee required).
  • Weekend Couple: Couples receive a 10% discount on seasonal rent (deposit excluded)
• Guest Fee: $50/night for each guest. Members always have priority occupancy. 

House Amenities

• 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms / washer & dryer
• Hot tub 
• Flat driveway with ample parking (no garage)
• Shared Costs: Members will contribute to shared items such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, fire wood, plow service, etc. (this is all factored into utilities)
• Pets: pets are not permitted

• Adventurers: We seek like-minded individuals who love the outdoors.
• Laid-back Environment: We’re not a party house, but we love to après, share meals, soak in the hot tub, and have relaxed evenings by the fire.

• Contribute to Shoveling: Plow service included in utilities

• WhatsApp & Google Calendar: Used for coordination, scheduling, and member  communication.
• Email: Used for gentle reminders and group information sharing.

2. Follow-Up: Emily will follow up within 3-5 days (or so) of receiving your submission. 
3. Application Materials:
   • Signing of a sublease
   • Renters Insurance
   • Payment of the required fees
   • Agreement to house rules
4. **If you are selected and need to cancel before the season begins, you will be responsible for finding an approved replacement, subject to agreement by the House Manager.
