We’re a group of six friends with 4 spots open in our 2026–27 ski lease in Carnelian Bay. We’ve been doing an annual ski lease for several years and always love welcoming new people! We are capping the number of folks at 10 people max, which means plenty of room to spread out as the house sleeps up to 12.

We’re looking for 3–4 people who enjoy Tahoe, skiing/snowboarding, and having a comfortable place to spend the winter. We want a good group of respectful people who will enjoy the house and take care of it. The lease runs for almost the entire ski season, from January 4 through May 3, 2027.

Come enjoy the upcoming wicked super El Nino 2026-27 Winter (some say largest in 1,000 years!) in our exclusive 3100 square feet well-appointed home in Tahoe Donner. Almost all of our members have been coaches and/or parents of kids on Alpine or Palisades ski and ride team so we tend to get out early, beat the crowds and ski bell-to-bell. Everyone enjoys both the company of having a shared house as well as the ability to come mid-week or anytime the powder falls.

Looking for members to join our ski lease share in the Homewood / Tahoma area from Jan 17 through Mar 31 with no blackout dates. We have a huge 4-bedroom house that sleeps up to 10 people, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house is in a great West Shore location with easy access to skiing around both North and South Lake Tahoe. It has a large living area, hot tub, outdoor grill and fire pit, and plenty of space for hanging out after a day on the mountain.

Seeking mid-week members for Squaw Valley 2026-27 ski lease. $3500 for the season. Walk to the Funitel. Hot tub with views of KT-22. The lease is from Jan 9, 2024 to May 9, 2024. The house is also on the service route for the Mountaineer, which is the free in-valley shuttle that will take you anywhere in the valley for free.
