Tahoe City Ski Lease Share. Hot tub, nice house, owner-run, small and relaxed group

Hello there – looking for 1-2 more to join my Tahoe City ski lease. I got sick of crappy ski lease houses with terrible mattresses so I bought a house last year and am running the ski lease amongst friends. We had one spot open up. We currently have a group of 8, looking for a 9th. I keep it small so the house isn’t crowded – it can sleep 12 in beds and there is room for air mattresses etc. 3 BR 3 Bath (including heated bidet toilets in 2), hot tub, two living room areas, hill in the back to set up a jump and enjoy from the hot tub. We all are good skiers and get up early for pow days but also enjoy to hang at the chammy after getting our turns in. All mid-30’s and based in the Bay Area, mostly work in tech. Normally we have about half the lease members up on any given weekend. We like to do family dinners and cook at home and then either hang or go to a bar but be in bed by midnight latest to hit the slopes No full time lease members. Dog friendly but extra charge.

Cost

Lease runs Dec 10, 2026 to May 10, 2027 – no full time people sorry.

$4125 total for the 5 months which breaks down to $700/month +$500 deposit +$125 hot tub. Guest fees are $50/night and are used to offset house expenses such as utilities, internet etc. At the end of the season I deduct utilities from the guest fees and deposit – last year people got back $300 each.
