Looking for 1-2 more to join my Tahoe City 2026-27 ski lease. I got sick of crappy ski-lease houses with terrible mattresses, so I bought a house last year and run the ski lease among friends. We had one spot open up. We currently have a group of 8, looking for a 9th. I keep it small so the house isn’t crowded – it can sleep 12 in beds, and there is room for air mattresses etc. 3 BR 3 Bath (including heated bidet toilets in 2), hot tub, two living room areas

We have some slots open in our ski lease share just outside of Tahoe City in Carnelian Bay. The ski lease runs from Monday, January 4 2027, through Sunday, May 2 2027. We are dog-friendly and adults only house. Utilities, household basics and the driveway snowplow service are included. Our spacious house has 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths.

The house was recently renovated with an updated open-concept kitchen and high-end appliances. Amenities: hot tub and dry sauna.

Join our North Lake Tahoe, Tahoma ski lease share for the 2026/2027 ski season. You have as much access to the house as you’d like with no blackout dates. We have a great hot tub perfect for apres ski. We’re in our late 20s-40s, all Bay Area working professionals.
