❄️ Truckee Ski Lease 2026/27 | Hot Tub, Killer House & Great Crew!

We’ve got 3-4 spots left in our Brookstone Powder Haus ski lease in Truckee this winter for full members and/or weekday-only members!

It’s a seriously sweet 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home on 23 acres on private road adjoining Tahoe Donner. Sleeps 16 comfortably, plus plenty of overflow space in the TV room and loft, but we’re capping it at 14 or 15 because we like our elbow room 😉 It has a gorgeous great room, new hot tub, and an incredible crew to share it with.

*The house:* Huge house, with a great layout, fully appointed kitchen, new hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, ping pong/game room, great sound system, fast Wi-Fi, and ample parking for 7-8 cars. Close to downtown Truckee, with easy access to Palisades/Alpine, Northstar, and Tahoe Donner XC trails. View more photos & video here.

*The crew:* Bay Area professionals in our 30s/40s who love skiing/boarding, a good après scene, great food, and cozy house vibe. Many of us are Burners or long-time ski leasers who just love getting to the mountains and having a great winter fam. We’re social, easygoing, and respectful housemates who love a good time, but also appreciate a chill, comfortable home base. Some great cooks in the mix too.

*The nitty gritties*
Season: Dec 1, 2026 – Apr 30, 2027 (except Dec 21–27)
Full lease: $2,350/person, weekdays AND weekends (up to 15 nights/mo)
Weekday-only: $1,100/person (Sun–Thurs)
Couples: 10% discount for couples
Utilities: Shared, estimated around $115/month, likely less as guest fees offset utilities
Guests welcome! $40/night weekdays, $50/night weekends
Also has access to Tahoe Donner’s gyms, hot tubs, workout classes & saunas

*Important!* 4WD required for winter access. It’s plowed daily, but the gently sloping driveway is better with 4WD.

Most of us have Ikon passes, with a few Epic and Sugar Bowl folks in the mix. Looking for fun, considerate people who love mountain time and community as much as fresh pow.
