Come enjoy the upcoming wicked super El Nino 2026-27 Winter (some say largest in 1,000 years!) in our exclusive 3100 square feet well-appointed home in Tahoe Donner. Almost all of our members have been coaches and/or parents of kids on Alpine or Palisades ski and ride team so we tend to get out early, beat the crowds and ski bell-to-bell. Everyone enjoys both the company of having a shared house as well as the ability to come mid-week or anytime the powder falls.

North Tahoe Prime Location 2026-27 Ski Lease Home Share: get your own private room and bath in a rare cabin (1900 sq ft) with gorgeous views of Sugar Bowl. This house overlooks a 37-acre greenbelt with soaring ceilings and a spacious living room. Located in lower Tahoe Donner, it’s easily accessible from Highway-80, and only 6 mins away from coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, and supplies stores.
Our Truckee ski lease share has 4+ giant bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 2+ bathrooms, a giant room, a dining room with seating for 10+, computer work spaces, 2 decks, grill, private hot tub, laundry, 10 car parking with electric charger available, gas fireplace and plenty of personal storage space. The closest location when coming from the bay area, Just 25 min to Palisades or NorthStar.
Join our 5-month ski lease share. We’re primarily looking for singles to take the twin beds in the 4th bedroom but ski lease members will have opportunities to stay in the 2 private rooms with queen beds. Truckee prime location: it’s within walking distance to Safeway and Grocery Outlet plus several other shops/restaurants.
Join our 2026-27 ski lease share available near Sugar Bowl – North Lake Tahoe for an individual or couple – a tranquil setting that provides access to Royal Gorge trails. 7 mins to Sugar Bowl / 15 mins to Truckee / 30 mins to Palisades / Northstar.
We have a few membership spots in our 2026-27 ski lease; looking for friendly skiers and boarders to join our 4 bed, 3 bath home across from the scenic Donner Lake. We are professionals in our 30s and 40s from SF and the Bay Area. Dog friendly ski lease. Most of our members are weekend warriors, with 2 or 3 skiing midweek last year. We’ll ski Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl and Northstar this season. We have midweek and full week membership spots.
