Truckee 2026-27 Ski lease share with hot tub, prime location, no blackouts

Looking for members to join our ski lease share in Truckee for the upcoming season. The house has 3 bedrooms + loft and 2 baths. Room 1 has a queen bed, room 2 has a queen and a bunk bed, room 3 has a cal King and a twin bed, and the loft has a queen futon.

Prime location in Truckee in the quiet Prosser Lakeview neighborhood with easy access to I-80. 5 min drive to I-80 and old town Truckee, 15 min to Northstar, 20 min to Palisades/Alpine meadows. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with empty lots on both sides in a beautiful mountain setting. High ceilings, lots of windows, large deck with mountain views, wood stove in the living room, washer and dryer in the house. The house is tastefully furnished with high quality furniture + hot tub outside the house.

The lease will be from Jan 3-Apr 30 with Presidents day week excluded. Members can bring guests and there will be a guest fee which will be used to offset utilities at the end of the season. Recurring guests will not be allowed–same guest up to two visits. Also no full time residents.

Membership fees:

– $1750/person for couples and pairs of friends who would drive together and would be comfortable sharing a bed if needed.
– $2100/person for singles.

Get your own private bedroom will be considered as well if preferred. Inquire while reaching out if interested in that option.

A few dogs will be allowed with an additional fee + pet deposit.
