Truckee Ski lease share with hot tub, prime location, no blackouts

Join our beautiful cabin in Truckee for the season. The house is a 3 bedroom/2 bath + loft with a hot tub. Located in the quiet Prosser Lakeview neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac with empty lots on both sides in a beautiful mountain setting.

Prime location in Truckee. 5 min drive to I-80 and old town Truckee, 15 min to Northstar, 20 min to Palisades/Alpine meadows. Washer & drier. Wood stove in the living room. High-speed internet. Driveway snow removal service. Parking for up to 5 cars.

The lease will run from Jan 4-May 1.

Expect a relaxed and respectful vibe: early mornings on the slopes, friendly evening hangouts with games, and quiet hours from 10PM–7AM.

Membership Options:
– Mid-week Member (Sunday – Friday): $1,800
– Full Time Member: $2,550
– Full Time (Couple): $2,250 pp

Important Details:
– This is not a full time residence, members may stay a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
– No smoking or parties.
– Rooms and weekends managed via a shared Calendar.
– Open to having up to two well behaved dogs.
– Guest fees $75/night (collected guest fees will be used to pay for utilities + snow removal.)
