Join our beautiful fully remodeled cabin in Truckee for the season. The house is 4 bedroom/3 bath + loft. The house has three levels, a two level main house with 3br/2bath + loft and separate in law unit with 1br/1bath and a living area. High ceilings, lots of windows, two large decks with mountain views, hot tub, wood stove in the living room, washer and dryer in the house. The house was fully remodeled and is tastefully furnished with high quality furniture (not your typical run down ski lease!)

Prime location in Truckee. 5 min drive to I-80 and old town Truckee, 15 min to Northstar, 20 min to Palisades/Alpine meadows. Located in the quiet Prosser Lakeview neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac with empty lots on both sides in a beautiful mountain setting.

Membership Cost

Membership fee: $1600/person for mid-week only members (Sunday afternoon thru Thursday afternoon), $2200/person for full access members–For couples $4200/couple for full access.

The lease is for Jan 5-May 1 with Presidents day weekend excluded. Up to two well behaved dogs will be allowed with extra fees and security deposit. Full time residents will not be allowed. Members can bring guests for a guest fee to be decided by the group (recurring guests will not be allowed). Collected guest fees will be used to pay for utilities + snow removal.

Couples and groups of friends who would carpool together are preferred as parking space is limited.
