2026/27 Lake View Tahoe City Condo Ski Lease Share

We have a beautiful Tahoe City townhouse with lake views and access to the beach. We are looking for a few more members, singles, retirees, and couples, to join our group. The age range of our group goes from the early-30’s to 70. We always carefully plan our group to be half weekday skiers and the other half weekend and Holiday skiers. Most of our weekend and holiday members from last season have decided to rejoin this season, so we are looking for new members who primarily ski on weekdays.

Please note that this does not mean that you will not be able to enjoy the house during weekends. Space will be available on many weekends. We just like to keep the balance as even as possible between weekend/holiday skiers and weekday skiers. The townhouse is in the St Francis Lakeside Condominium complex, 1 mile north of downtown Tahoe City. It is very easy to get in and out in heavy snow. The townhouse has two levels plus a loft. The 1st level has a master suite with a newly remodeled bathroom, another bedroom with a queen bed, another full bathroom, and a laundry room. The 2nd level has a bedroom with two twin beds, another full bathroom, the kitchen and living room. The loft has two queen beds and one is an inflatable. There is a community hot tub in the complex that is a 5 minute walk from the house.

We don’t over crowd and can sleep up to 10 people in beds. Our group is limited to 10 people including Blake and Sophia, the lease holders and organizers. Guests are always welcome if space permits and the guest fee is $50 per night. The guest fees accumulated throughout the season will be distributed back to the members at the end of the season.

Our membership fee this season is $2,615 per person which includes a five-month lease beginning on December 1, 2026 and ending April 30, 2027. The lease includes all utilities, snow plow and shoveling service, cable tv, internet access, and community hot tub.

About us

Our group is well organized. We keep a Google calendar for members to sign up, so we always know when and how many people are planning to come up at any given time. We are working professionals who enjoy skiing and snowboarding, making meals together or eating out, or just hanging out at the condo enjoying good conversations, a glass of wine by the fire, or watching a movie. We’re easy to get to know and look forward to meeting our new members!

Our only restrictions are no pets or smoking.
