We have room for one more family or couple to join us (3 families) for the 2024/2025 ski season. Join us and stay in our beautiful home for an optimal 6-month season from November 15, 2024 to May 15, 2025. Located at the entrance to Alpine Meadows so it’s easy to access in even the biggest storms and only a 5 minute drive to Palisades or Mountaineer shuttle ride to Alpine. Who says you cannot sleep in a bit and still get fresh powder!

This house overlooks a 37-acre greenbelt with soaring ceilings and a spacious living room. There is 1 room available with a shared bath (only with another couple) for this ski season. Located in lower Tahoe Donner, it’s easily accessible from Highway-80, and only 6 mins away from coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, and supplies stores.
We have a membership spots in our 2024/25 ski lease, looking for friendly skiers and boarders to join our 4 bed, 3 bath home across from the scenic Donner Lake. We are professionals in our 30s and 40s from SF and the Bay Area. Dog friendly ski lease. Most of our members are weekend warriors, with 2 or 3 skiing midweek last year. We’ll ski Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl and Northstar this season. We have midweek and full week membership spots.
2024-25 Truckee ski lease share with hot tub close to Northstar/Sugar Bowl with fun, courteous members very close to I-80, no steep and busy Tahoe Donner Northwoods Hill to deal with, 1.5 mile from old town Truckee. There are 4 bedrooms; the house sleeps 13. There are 8 members which all are guaranteed a bed.
We have a beautiful Tahoe City condo ski lease share with lake views and a hot tub. We are looking for a few more members, singles, and couples, to join our group. The condo is in the St Francis Lakeside Condominium complex, one mile north of downtown Tahoe City. Lease runs Dec 2024 – April 2025.
Our 4 bedroom (7 bed) 2.5 bath cabin located just 15 minutes from Alpine/Squaw in Tahoe City. We are welcoming conscientious guests who would like to join avid skiers and snowboarders for the 2024-25 winter from January 14th – May 22rd. The property is wonderfully located steps from Tahoe House Bakery, with parking for 8 cars. Almost guarantee every member get a real bed! We have single member, couples and weekday only membership ski lease share types.
