Carnelian Bay Ski Lease Share, Dog friendly, w/Sauna, Utilities included

We have some slots open in our ski lease share just outside of Tahoe City in Carnelian Bay.

Ski lease starts Monday, January 4 2027, inclusive through Sunday, May 2 2027. We are dog friendly, adults only, with no age limit but 30+ preferred (you, not the dog). Utilities, household basics and the driveway snowplow service are included.

Our spacious house has 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths. We are up the hill on a quiet, well-ploughed street, with a nice lake view from the living room. We keep the place up to date, with good beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and ample gear storage. We have driveway parking for 4-6 cars and a dining table for 8+.

There are two shared living spaces. The main living room on the 2nd floor has a wood-burning stove and open-plan kitchen. A smaller den with a TV is on the first floor (with another tv in the middle bedroom). Our large deck has a gas grill and a 6-person outdoor cedar barrel sauna, accessible from the living room.

The house sleeps 10 in king and queen beds, plus a futon and a premium blow-up bed for overflow, all on a first-come, first-served basis, although we strictly limit membership numbers to avoid crowding. Guests are welcome for a small nightly fee, if space permits. Please note that we have a 15 days-a-month member use limit so we can be fair to all the folks in the ski share.

As a final bonus, the home is just a few steps away from a great network of trails with fantastic cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing virtually right out the door.
