We’re seeking 4-6 individuals or couples to join our ski lease in a beautiful Olympic Valley home, just minutes away from Palisades Tahoe. With a total of 10 members, everyone will have plenty of space to enjoy the season comfortably.

About the House:

Bedrooms: 6 spacious bedrooms (3 with private vanities) plus 1 bonus room
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms
Size: Over 3,100 sq ft of living space

About Us:

We’re a group of skiers and snowboarders ranging from our early 30s to early 40s. When there’s fresh snow, we like to get up early to shred but also enjoy a good après-ski. We’re friendly outdoor enthusiasts who love making the most of winter in Tahoe.

About You:

We’re looking for individuals or couples who are:
-Respectful and considerate of others.
-Eager to be close to Palisades Tahoe.
-Interested in contributing to a positive and friendly living environment.

Ski Lease Share Details:
-Lease Duration: January 3, 2025 – May 4, 2025
-Cost: $4,000 per person for the entire season (includes rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, and snow removal services). If there is money leftover after all utilities are paid, then it will be evenly distributed to amongst members.
-Utilities Included: Heating, electricity, water, high-speed internet, and trash removal

House Rules:
-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
-No Pets: We love pets, but they are not allowed in the house.
-Respect Shared Spaces: Keep common areas clean and be considerate of fellow housemates.
-Guest Policy: Guest fees are $50 per night
