$8,000 All-Inclusive for the Season

Beautifully maintained and furnished mountain home in lower Tahoe Donner, conveniently located near downtown Truckee with easy access to Northstar, Palisades/Alpine, Sugar Bowl, Boreal and Tahoe Donner.

We’re looking for a single person or couple for the January 1–April 30, 2027 ski season.

You’ll have your own furnished bedroom and private full bathroom for the entire ski lease. For additional privacy, we’re intentionally renting only one bedroom this season — there will be no other ski-lease renters in the home.

The approximately 1,900 sq. ft. home features a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and forest views, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, excellent Wi-Fi and cell service, and convenient parking.

There’s no need to haul your ski equipment and belongings back and forth. Your bedroom is reserved for your exclusive use for the entire season, and designated garage space is available for ski/snowboard gear.

Seasonal Fee: $8,000 ($2,000/month), all-inclusive

Includes electricity, heat, water, garbage, high-speed Wi-Fi, professional snow removal and move-out cleaning. No additional utility or snow-removal charges. 

Great view of the greenbelt from your bedroom window. 

No blackout dates. Maximum 2 occupants. No pets. Non-smoking/non-vaping.

We’re looking for responsible, low-key part-time seasonal residents who maintain a primary home elsewhere and would like a comfortable and private Tahoe base for the winter.
