Located in lower Tahoe Donner, easy access from Highway-80, and 6 mins away from coffee shops, groceries, and restaurants.

This central location is convenient to Northstar, Palisades, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, and Boreal, all within 20 minutes. <10 mins away to Tahoe Donner downhill ski slopes. Please note: This is NOT a room-sharing ski lease, you have your own room.

The House

A rare cabin (1900 sq ft) with gorgeous views of the Sugar Bowl.There is 1 room available with a shared bath (only with another couple) for this ski season.

Who are we?

We are a working professional couple in our late 30s who love winter sports. We (owners) will be occupying the master bedroom upstairs part time.

Guest access

There are 2 guest rooms on the lower level. Each room has a furnished queen-sized bed, desk, and a full closet to store your belongings. You will also have a designated spot in the garage for winter gear–no need to pack your car every time you come up! You’ll have the privacy of the lower level, access to the living room, and a well-stocked kitchen. The dedicated shared full bath comes with guest linens and towels, and plenty of countertop and closet space. Given the shared spaces, we ask for a maximum occupancy of 2 persons plus 1 kid per room.

You

We are not looking for full-time residents, you have a full-time residence elsewhere. No pets allowed.

Cost

$2,000/ month per room – month to month Plus cleaning fee.
