Overview: 4+ giant bedrooms, stocked full kitchen, 2+ bathrooms, giant room, dining room with seating for 10+, computer work spaces, 2 decks, grill, private hot tub, laundry, 10 car parking with electric charger available, gas fireplace and plenty of personal storage space. The closest location when coming from the bay area, Just 25 min to Palisades or North Star. Walk 5 min to the Donner Recreation Center for a swimming pool, gym, golf driving range, golf course, and even a private ski mountain!!. Free Shuttle to Palisades leaves from 5 minutes away.
Crowd: We enjoy a social house atmposphere. mostly 30s, upper 20s and lower 40s. We are not a beer crushing 20 year old crowd, but also not a talk abotu the good old days 50s crowd lol. most members are from the bay area, carpool and enjoy the cabin life as much as the life on the slopes. Work from cabin when we can, meet other active professionals, do group dinners at times, hit the town at times. The kitchens/living rooms are usally social areas, but we also have chill area

Why this cabin? For 10+ years, we have been setting up the cabins to make everything work perfectly for a ski share… easy parking, storgage for gear, social areas, well stocked kitchens, and no overcrowding. Our club also has social directors and cabin managers who plan fantastic group dinners and outings, so you’ll always have a great time.

This cabin is part of a club of 4 cabins that lets you be guests at the other cabins and expand your community! You can join one cabin, three cabins or all 4 cabins!
Palisades Palace Cabin (Palisades/Alpine) – The perfect spot for **Ikon pass holders**, this cabin is just steps away from Palisades’ main lodge. It’s a huge place with eight bedrooms, six floors, two kitchens, a **hot tub**, **sauna**, and game rooms. With parking for up to 12 cars, you can **walk to the slopes** or hop on the free door-to-door shuttle.
Heavenly Chalet (Heavenly) – Walk to the lifts! We are a short walk (or downhill ski on the road if you don’t like your skis) to the Boulder lifts, and a few minute drive to stagecoach. plenty of parking in the area. lots of stairs to get to the to floor. Gorgeous view of the lake! sit by the fireplace and look out over the slopes and the lake and take in stunning sunsets. Or jump in the PRIVATE INDOOR HOT TUB and catch the sunset
Vista Villa Cabin (Northstar/ Palisades/Alpine) – Relax on the deck overlooking the golf course or walk 5 minutes in to the town &beach. Only a **7 minute drive to Northstar** and 23 to Palisades. Five bedrooms, 2.5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, dining room for 12+, hot tubs and more gorgeous amenities. 8+ parking with electric charging available.
