Get your own bedroom in a Carnelian Bay home share available in a completely remodeled, luxury 4-bedroom, 3 bath home. Major fifteen-month renovation completed three years ago. Everything has been updated: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room, heating, plumbing, sound system, hot tub, fireplace, BBQ, etc.
Looking for members to join our ski lease share in the Homewood / Tahoma area from Jan 17 through Mar 31 with no blackout dates. We have a huge 4-bedroom house that sleeps up to 10 people, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house is in a great West Shore location with easy access to skiing around both North and South Lake Tahoe. It has a large living area, hot tub, outdoor grill and fire pit, and plenty of space for hanging out after a day on the mountain.
Seeking mid-week members for Squaw Valley 2026-27 ski lease. $3500 for the season. Walk to the Funitel. Hot tub with views of KT-22. The lease is from Jan 9, 2024 to May 9, 2024. The house is also on the service route for the Mountaineer, which is the free in-valley shuttle that will take you anywhere in the valley for free.
Our Truckee ski lease share has 4+ giant bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 2+ bathrooms, a giant room, a dining room with seating for 10+, computer work spaces, 2 decks, grill, private hot tub, laundry, 10 car parking with electric charger available, gas fireplace and plenty of personal storage space. The closest location when coming from the bay area, Just 25 min to Palisades or NorthStar.
We have memberships available in our 2026/27 five-month winter ski lease, Dec 12- May 11, which includes ALL holidays, in Olympic Valley. The house is ideally located – only one mile to the lifts and Village at Palisades. Luxury amenity: take advantage of the Mountaineer, a free in-valley app service that runs shared vans that will pick up / drop off between the house and anywhere in the valley. Palisades will be charging for parking this year so this is a huge benefit.

Join our beautiful Tahoe City condo 2026-27 ski lease share with lake views and a hot tub. We have 3 open spots left for primarily weekend and holiday skiers/snowboarders at our beautiful Tahoe City townhouse. We are looking for a few more members, singles, and couples, to join our group. The condo is in the St Francis Lakeside Condominium complex, one mile north of downtown Tahoe City.
