South Lake Tahoe / Meyers Backcountry Ski Lease

We’re 15 minutes from Heavenly, 35 mins from Kirkwood.

Duration of Lease

* The winter lease runs for five months from Thanksgiving week to April 30, 2024.
* The year round lease runs from December 1, 2023 to November 1st, 2024.

Rates

Family: $ 6000 – $7000
Couples: $5000
Mid-Weekers: ~$1600 (Depends on fullness of the cabin)

Dog friendly

Well trained dogs are welcome; we are located next to the national forest and the house is situated on a dead end road with almost no traffic. It is situated perfectly for your 4 legged friend.

About us (Size ~10, we are looking for 1-2 couples)

We are a fun-loving and responsible group of families skiers and boarders in our 30s and early 40s, all of whom live in San Francisco or the East Bay. Some work in tech, and we also have people in education, medicine and real estate. We are currently looking for 1-2 families or 1-2 couples that don’t mind hanging out with kids. We typically focus on family/skiing/riding and all the things that go along with having a family in the snow., but that occasionally takes a back seat to having a good time at the cabin. Most people ride at Kirkwood, though some go to Heavenly or ride the back country when conditions permit.

The House

The house is newly remodeled and has fantastic views and we have a quite street at the entrance of the national forest. There is a few different play areas setup for the kids,

* An awesome 1800 sq/ft house located in Meyers, next to the national forest
* Three bedrooms, and a giant loft with 6 queen beds and 1 twin (2 in a bunk bed).
* BBQ (nice during the spring time).
* Garage parking for 2 cars, driveway parking for a total of 5 vehicles
* A great kitchen well stocked kitchen, nice oven, granite countertops and a five-burner stovetop.
* Wood Burning stove in the living room
* Large Washer and Dryer
* Maid service
* Snow removal Service for the driveway
* High Speed Internet
