A nice 1 BR 1 BA condo in Basecamp that is a 3 minute walk to Chairs 5 & 6 and a 5 minute walk to chair 11 & 10.

Duration of Lease
The lease runs for five months from January 3, 2025 to April 28, 2025 (whatever closing date ends up being).

Ski Lease Share Rates (Plus Utilities)

Singles: $5000
Couples: $8000
Mid-Weekers: $3000
No Guests (might be allowed in very specific circumstances)

Group
This is a new group. It’s a small intimate place so we aren’t necessarily looking to build a huge club. However, my wife and I have been running ski leases for about 10 years. We hope to find 2 couples for a total of 6 people. We are only going to use the place 1 weekend a month and during spring break which for us is March 21-30 this year.

The Condo
– A simple 500 sq foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the first floor with a roughly 80 square foot storage room.
– 1 bedroom, with 1 queen bed, and there’s a living room with an inflatable sofa sleeper.
– We plan on installing a set of twin bunk beds before the start of the season and we are doing a minor reno on the place so it might look a little different once the season starts.
– 1 bathroom.
– 1 parking spot in the complex and 1 parking pass for the parking lot at Kirkwood
– Kitchen stocked with oven, stovetop, fridge, coffee maker, blender, etc.
– Wood-burning stove in the living room to heat the condo, 5 logs can keep the place warm all night.
– Housekeeping service as needed.
– High Speed Internet and GoogleTV with Chromecast to cast from your own devices.
– Plenty of hooks, we have the most hooks per square foot of any lodging this side of the Rockies.
