Looking to add some more people to our ski lease share in South Lake Tahoe. This is our 6th year running this ski lease at this house. We usually have between 10 – 14 people for the season. Located near the Y (about 10 mins from Heavenly, 35 from Kirkwood, 45 to Palisades Tahoe). We have weekend and weekday-only ski lease membership options.

Join our 5 month ski lease (Dec 1 – April 30) in South Lake Tahoe, a 5 minute drive from the Heavenly gondola. We are cultivating a communal environment where everyone is friendly with each other. The cabin includes a grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a few parking spots.
We’re looking for a few folks or families to join our ski lease in South Lake Tahoe this season (Jan 2 – May 2). Our 2400 square foot 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is centrally located between Heavenly (15 min), Sierra (15 min), and Kirkwood (40 min), nestled next to protected National Forest land. Good for backcountry skiing too!
Walk to Ski Heavenly Resort ski lifts! We are a short walk (or downhill ski on the road if you don’t like your skis) to the Boulder lifts, and a few-minute drive to Stagecoach. plenty of parking in the area. lots of stairs to get to the to floor. Gorgeous view of the lake! sit by the fireplace and look out over the slopes and the lake and take in stunning sunsets. Or jump in the PRIVATE INDOOR HOT TUB and catch the sunset
Join our 2026-27 South Lake Tahoe ski/snowboard house share and make the most of the season! Located just off Pioneer Trail, our house is only 8 minutes from Heavenly’s California Lodge and 40 minutes from Kirkwood – a perfect spot for Epic Pass holders.
Join our South Lake Tahoe ski lease for the prime location, kitchen, fireplace, *new* hot tub, Level 2 EV charger, and more and stay for the great company. We are looking for Mid-Week+, Weekend+, and All Week members. This is our 22nd year running this ski lease at this great house, with many members returning from past years.
Join our 2026/27 amazing 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom ski lease share chalet with 7 beds, a game room, a BBQ, and a private hot tub jacuzzi. near Kirkwood. We accept dogs. We are only taking 10 members this season. The Chalet is in the closest town to Kirkwood Mountain Resort.
South Lake Tahoe / Meyers 2026-27 ski lease, 15 minutes to Heavenly/30-40 mins from Kirkwood. We typically focus on skiing/riding, but that occasionally takes a back seat to having a good time at the cabin. Most people ride at Kirkwood, though some go to Heavenly or ride the backcountry when conditions permit. We have various membership options: full and mid-week ski lease share.
Join our 2026-27 ski lease share at Kirkwood Resort in a 1 BR 1 BA condo in Basecamp that is a 3 minute walk to Chairs 5 & 6 and a 5 minute walk to chair 11 & 10. It’s a small intimate place so we aren’t necessarily looking to build a huge club. However, my wife and I have been running ski leases for about 10 years. We hope to find 1-2 couples for a total of 4-6 people.
