South Lake Tahoe Ski Lease Share: Prime Location, Great People, 10 min to Heavenly

Tired of last minute hotel rooms or cramped condos? Join our established, friendly ski lease in South Lake this year. We have a 4-bedroom / 2.5-bathroom home located just 10 minutes from Heavenly, 35 minutes from Kirkwood, and 10 minutes from the Y.   

As the homeowners, we’ve successfully run this lease for 4 years. We have a solid crew of returning members who are respectful, fun, and love a good mountain day. We’re looking for a few like-minded people to complete our group for the upcoming season: 1 full-time couple and 1–2 mid-weekers spots available.

• House Details/Location:
  • Space: 2,500 sq. ft. layout with two separate living rooms (upstairs and downstairs), each featuring a fireplace and flat-screen TV. There’s plenty of space to spread out or unwind after a day on the slopes.
  • Location: Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac off Pioneer Trail. 
  • Resorts: 10 minutes to Heavenly, 35 minutes to Kirkwood
  • Convenience: Grocery stores, local spots, and restaurants are a quick 10–15 minute drive.
• Accommodations: 
  • Parking: 3-car garage (2 spaces for vehicles, plus gear storage) and a flat driveway with space for 3+ more vehicles. No scary sliding or steep Tahoe driveways.
  • Gear & Food Storage: Dedicated garage storage space for everyone (just bring your own tote), dedicated kitchen shelf space, and a garage fridge for extra food/beverages.
  • The Essentials: Washer/dryer, sheets, towels, snow removal, and fast 500+ Mbps WiFi for remote work days.

Lease Details and Pricing:

• Dates: Jan 3, 2027 – April 30, 2027 
• Full-time: $3000 per person
• Mid-week only: $1600 per person
• What’s Included: All utilities, professional snow removal, and house cleaning are covered in the price.
• House Rules: This is not a full-time residence, and members are asked to respect quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.. No parties, smoking, or other dogs are permitted. Rooms are first come, first served and managed via a shared Google Calendar.
