6 Bedroom South Lake Tahoe 2026/27 Ski Lease: Open for Mid-week+ and Weekend+ members

We’re entering our 6th year and have room for a few more members. To keep the house from getting crowded, we cap it at about 10–14 people per night, with members getting priority over guests. We are a fun group of 30s-40s that love boarding/skiing during the day and hanging out in the evenings. We are not a party house but a place to rest and relax after a day on the slopes.

Pricing (full season, not monthly)

Weekend+ (Thursday evening – Sunday evening): $2,200 per person
Mid-Week+ (Sunday evening – Thursday afternoon): $2,000 per person

Save $100 per person when you join as a couple or with friends

Utility, cleaning & service fee: $[200], which covers scheduled cleanings, internet, cable, snow removal, heat, water, electricity, and trash
Refundable deposit: $200

Guests: $50 per guest per night, subject to availability
Season: [Mid-December – April 30 or end of season]. No holiday blackouts.

The House

2,200 sq ft, two stories
6 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 9 beds (2 king, 4 queen, 1 full, 2 twin), plus couches and room for air mattresses
Recently remodeled kitchen and great room with fireplace
65″ TV, Xbox/DVD, and stereo
Fast WiFi and two workspaces, one with a full desk and monitor
Large dining table and full laundry
Driveway parking to accommodate 5-6 cars
Secure ski/snowboard storage

Location: Off Eloise Ave near the Y: 5 miles to Heavenly, 6 to Stateline, 30 to Kirkwood, and a quarter mile from the meadow (great snowshoeing).

The Crowd
Professionals in their late 20s to 50s. Serious early-tracks skiers who also love game nights, family dinners, and movie nights. All new and returning members meet the group before joining.

House Rules

Guests must stay with their member host. If you leave, your guest leaves.
Log guests on the calendar and pay via Zelle/Venmo before arrival.
No kids, sorry.
No dogs without the owner’s written pre-approval.
