Join our 5 month ski lease (Dec 1- April 30) in South Lake Tahoe. The house is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom single family home in the Bijou neighborhood. It is 10 minutes from Heavenly (3 miles), 45 minutes from Kirkwood, and less than a mile from Safeway (5 minute drive/8 minute walk). There are no black-out dates. We are going to be limiting the number of members to 9 couples/singles.
Join our ski lease share at Kirkwood Resort in a 1 BR 1 BA condo in Basecamp that is a 3 minute walk to Chairs 5 & 6 and a 5 minute walk to chair 11 & 10. It’s a small intimate place so we aren’t necessarily looking to build a huge club. However, my wife and I have been running ski leases for about 10 years. We hope to find 2 couples for a total of 6 people.
We have an amazing and spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom ski lease share Chalet near Kirkwood and are looking for some members to join. It has a hot tub and we accept dogs. Friday, January 3, 2025 – April 27, 2025 (4 months, 16 weeks).
We have a beautiful, spacious home in South Lake Tahoe and are looking for a few members to join our lease. The house has easy access to Pioneer Trail where streets get plowed quickly and is 10 min to Heavenly, 35 min to Kirkwood. The house includes 2 living spaces with TVs and fireplaces, 4 bedrooms with large beds (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Fulls), 2.5 bathrooms and is fully equipped with all kitchen supplies, sheets, towels, etc.
Looking to fill spots in a smaller South Lake Tahoe 2024-2025 ski-lease group. Ideal for either one family (6/7 max), or 2-3 couples who are friends/family, wanting a 2 or 3 bedrooms in a smaller cabin share for the season, but you will have the place all to yourselves during your designated time on the schedule. No need to pack and unpack each week – Just bring yourselves!
Join our South Lake Tahoe ski lease for the prime location, kitchen, fireplace, *new* hot tub, and more and stay for the great company. We are looking for Mid-Week+, Weekend+, and All Week members with pricing starting at: $1299, $1,699, and $1,899 per person plus a partially refundable utility/cleaning deposit. This is our 20th year running this ski lease at this great house with many members returning from past years.
We have combined 3 ski leases together for those who have IKON, EPIC or both. Each cabin has it’s own unique vibe and great crew so you can find what works best for you. 1) Heavenly Chalet on the slopes of Heavenly, walk to the lifts. 2) Vista Villa nestled by the lake, walk to the lake and reverse commute to Palisades/Alpine and NorthStar. 3) Truckee Lodge easy to get to, just off the freeway and quick access to Palisades/Alpine
