Join our Kirkwood Mountain Ski Lease/Share for the 2025/2026 Season (Jan 5 – April 26) to share a ski lease house with like-minded folks.

We are only taking 10 members this season. The ski house is a modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-story Chalet with 7 beds, a game room, a BBQ, and a private hot tub jacuzzi. The Chalet is in the closest town to Kirkwood Mountain which has groceries, a liquor store, restaurants, and fuel. Nestled in the middle of a 2-acre forested property, it has the feel of a private retreat — perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

2025/2026 is our 4th winter doing the ski lease. As busy professionals and fans of Kirkwood, we
discovered this wonderful mountain escape located only a few hours from our home in the Bay Area.
We’d love to share it with you this season.

Membership costs:
 Membership is $1,995.00 per person, due in full before November 1st, plus utilities which generally run $60.00 per month per member. Utilities include water, power, propane, snow removal, and house supplies. The membership price is per person for the season (discounts for returning members and couples).
 $400.00 refundable deposit to lock down your spot in the ski lease/share.

Included:
 Calendar fully dedicated to the Ski Lease all season – all weekends and weekdays open to all
members with no blackout dates (weekdays and weekends open). A Google Calendar is used to
coordinate bedrooms, beds, and carpooling. First come, first serve, on the bed selection.
 Maximum stay is 15 days per month. No full-time residents so the chalet is freely available for use
by members and their guests.
 Guest privileges included for a small fee, per night. Those fees pay for the professional house
cleanings.
 One pet per member is included at no additional cost. Friendly dogs welcome. Must disclose the
age, size, and breed. Member’s guests who own pets should inquire with the host ahead of their
stay before bringing their pet.
