With our Summer & Fall shared lease, you can enjoy Tahoe for less than $100 a night—while having your own room, a place to store your gear, the flexibility to bring up friends or your dog, and the opportunity to meet some cool new people!

We’re excited you’re considering joining our shared housing community for the upcoming Summer and Fall seasons. Come for the location and stay for the relaxing atmosphere and future friends! We have been running leases & rentals for 21 years and running!

Over the past several Summer/Fall seasons, we have been experimenting with this lease and timeframe. It works exceptionally well for individuals or couples who want to escape to Tahoe for a few weekends, as well as families looking to block out a full week together.

Lease Duration: June 23rd to November 1st (with minimal blackout dates).

Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and remote professionals, this 8-9 member, dog-friendly community at 730 Stanford Avenue offers a cozy home base for play and work—all without the high costs of a traditional timeshare or vacation rental.

Whether you want to spend your days hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, paddleboarding on the lake, golfing, or enjoying nearby casino nightlife and live concerts, this house has you covered.

Members can stay up to 8 trips over the 18+ week season, enjoying premium amenities like a relaxing hot tub, a game room with a pool table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Choose to take the place privately or overlap and socialize with others. Simply block off a week for yourself and your extended family, or come up for a quick weekend getaway.

New, lower total pricing includes all utilities and services with flexible membership tiers:

Mid-Week (Sunday evening–Thursday morning): $1,049 for individuals / $999 per person for couples or friends signing up together.

Weekends (Thursday afternoon–Sun afternoon): $1,199 for individuals / $1,048 per person for couples or friends signing up together.

All-Week (head up anytime): $1,474 for individuals / $1,324 per person for couples or friends signing up together.

Guests (anytime): $50 a night.

We currently have 4 returning members signed up, two pending so we are looking for just 2-3 more people. With a house this large and a crowd this small… a private room is always guaranteed.
