Get your own bedroom in a Carnelian Bay home share available in a completely remodeled, luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bath home. Two available bedrooms from early January 2026 to early May. The cost of a room is $5000 for the 4 months. Includes all utilities, linens, plow service and use of the entire house.
We have memberships available in our 2025/26 five-month winter ski lease, Dec 12- May 11, which includes ALL holidays, in Olympic Valley. The house is ideally located – only one mile to the lifts and Village at Palisades. Luxury amenity: take advantage of the Mountaineer, a free in-valley app service that runs shared vans that will pick up / drop off between the house and anywhere in the valley. Palisades will be charging for parking this year so this is a huge benefit.
Join our Truckee weekends-only ski lease with fun, courteous members. It’s very close to I-80, with no steep and busy Tahoe Donner Northwoods Hill to deal with, just 1.5 miles from Old Town Truckee. Full share $1545. A half share is available for $950.
Join our 5-month ski lease share from 12/19 to 5/19. We’re primarily looking for singles to take the twin beds in the 4th bedroom but ski lease members will have opportunities to stay in the 2 private rooms with queen beds. Join our beautiful Tahoe City condo ski lease share with lake views and a hot tub (five-month lease December to April 30, 2026). We have 3 open spots left for primarily weekend and holiday skiers/snowboarders at our beautiful Tahoe City townhouse. We are looking for a few more members, singles, and couples, to join our group. The condo is in the St Francis Lakeside Condominium complex, one mile north of downtown Tahoe City.
9/19/25 Update: Ski lease share is full. Share a prime location 2-story, 4 bedroom home in Truckee that is a perfect home base for skiing! Maximum of 10 fellow skiers to enjoy the house for this and future ski seasons. $2200 for the season (Dec 1 2025 – Apr 30 2026) 12 days maximum per month.
The Freestylers Ski Cabin is offering a few memberships in its luxury Tahoe City ski cabin with hot tub, sauna, large fireplace, and flat driveway for the 2026 season from early January to early May 2026. Members receive a house key and have unlimited access to the house and facilities throughout the season.
