The Share Model:
This ski lease is designed for four couples who rotate access to the home throughout the season. Each couple enjoys dedicated access to a master suite, with space to store personal items and schedule weekend or midweek stays using a shared calendar. The home is professionally maintained by an on-site manager who ensures it’s always clean, stocked, and ready for your arrival.

Seasonal Share Price:
Each couple contributes $5,000 for the full 4-month season
Part time share is 14 days/month including 2 weekends@$1250/month for 4 months. Full time share (if available) is restricted to 29 days at $1945/month for 4 months. All shares/whole house ski lease rental is unrestricted @ $4000/month for 4 months (extensions negotiable).
