3 bedrooms with 7 double beds sleeping from 7 to max 12, and the shared ski lease will be open to max. 8-10 members to maintain good accessibility. 2 parking spots + 2 car spaces in the garage.

+ $500 partially refundable deposit for utility/cleaning/snow removal split share.

About us:
First year with this ski lease but we have experience with rentals and shared rentals in Tahoe and in different parts of the world. We are both well-travelled and ski lovers, one of us born and raised in Tahoe, the other one in the French Alps, we spend most winters on the mountains here or abroad. and simply love the outdoors. We can assist you in English, French and Spanish. We hope for the house to be comfortable, fun and friendly, but not a party house.
About the house:

(furnishing it now – more deco will come as we go – everything new)

All sheets / comforters are organic cotton
Master: double full size over double full-size bunk (+ extra roll out full-size bed), + desk

Bedroom 2: double full size over double full-size bunk + desk
Total: 7pp singles or 12 if couples / pairs with a LOT of storage space

> Location: 4.5 miles to Heavenly (10 minutes’ drive), 4.3 miles to State line (9 minutes’ drive), 32 miles to Kirkwood (40 minutes’ drive) and 0.3 mile to the meadow nearest meadow trailhead (crosscountry skiing and snowshoeing), only a few minutes from groceries, 10 minutes from casinos.
How will we run the season?
with a Google calendar (+WhatsApp for group chat, group emails if needed),
as you enter the lease you get to pick 10 days, after that each members gets a turn to give everyone a fair chance at picking dates.
