We are looking for Mid-Week+, Weekend+, and All Week members with pricing starting at: $1299, $1,699, and $1,899 per person plus a partially refundable utility/cleaning deposit ($425 to $475).

This is our 21st year running this ski lease at this great house with many members returning from past years. Each year we solicit feedback and make improvements, etc. We run a drama free lease (and we like it that way). Profits from the ski lease are put back into the house (hot tub, kitchen, L2 charger, etc.)

A little about the house:

+ 2200 sq ft two story house

• 5 Bedrooms (8 beds, 14 person-bed spaces not including that couches and space for air mattresses) and 3 full baths

+ NEW: Level 2 EV charger (and supporting electrical service)

+ 3 years new: Six (6) person private hot tub (maintained as part of the lease)

+ Recently remodeled kitchen

+ Recently remodeled living/great room with fireplace

+ 52″ wide screen TV

+ DVD and stereo systems

+ Fast WiFi for fast streaming entertainment or ‘working from home’ capabilities

+ Full laundry facilities

+ Secure storage for skis and snowboard (limited)

Location of the lease:

+ 730 Stanford Ave., South Lake Tahoe, CA (check it out on Apple or Google maps!)

+ Location: 4.0 miles to State line, 3.5 miles to Heavenly and .25 mile from the meadow (awesome snowshoeing)

About the lease calendar:

+ Max number of people per night: ~12 -14 members & guests max per night (members first of course)

+ The lease will run for 6 months, from approximately Late Nov through Early May (no blackouts for Christmas and New Years

• There will  3 midweek blackout periods in mid Dec, late Feb and early April (for 3 days at a time… those maybe dropped if there is no interest from the family)

Membership pricing & Utility deposit:

• Mid-Week+ access:  (Sunday evening to Thursday at Noon): $1299 per individual (save $100 per person if you come in as a couple or group of friends). PLUS: Up to 4 WEEKEND days pending availability on the calendar. Utility, cleaning and service fund/deposit: $425. Same individual guest days are up to 6 nights to support 2 solid trips.

• Weekend+ access: (Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon): $1699 per individual (save $100 per person if you come in as a couple or group of friends). PLUS: Up to 4 MIDWEEK days pending availability on the calendar. Utility, cleaning and service fund/deposit: $400. Same individual guest days are up to 6 nights to support 2 solid trips.

• ALL Week access: $1899 per individual (save $100 per person if you come in as couple or group of friends). 7 days / 6 nights max per stay. Utility, cleaning and service fund/deposit: $475. Same individual guest days are up to 6 nights to support 2 solid trips.

Utility Deposits:

• Utilities deposits cover regularly scheduled cleanings, hot tub upkeep, internet access, cable, snow removal, heat, water and electricity, trash removal, etc. (*The deposit is partially refundable based on available surplus at the end of the lease.)

Guests & Guest Fee Payments: 

+ $50 per person per night (with 100% of guest fees offsetting your utility costs)

• No guests at the house without member hosts (this means if you leave you for the guest needs to come with you)
• Same individual guest days are up to 6 nights to support 2 solid trips.
• Members record the guest(s) on the calendar and pay for the guest(s) *before* you arrive via PayPal
• NEW: Same individual guest days have increased to 6 nights to support 2 solid trips.

Most importantly, the people:

+ All professionals in late-20s to 50s

+ Serious ski / early tracks crowd (this is the wrong house if you are looking for a party – please move on)

+ All repeat & potential members will be asked to meet with us/group in the area to chat and get to know each other

+ We strongly encourage friends to join together as well as couples

+ Note: We love pets and kids but we cannot have them in the lease this year sorry.
