Join our ski lease in South Lake Tahoe – available Dec 4, 2025 – May 15, 20216. Located just a 10 minute drive from the Heavenly gondola. The ski lease includes a private room during your stay, and shared space that includes a hot tub, BBQ grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, and 2 available parking spots.

About Us:
We’d love to welcome you into our beautifully furnished 3-bed, 2-bath mountain-style home in South Lake Tahoe. We are cultivating a communal environment where everyone is friendly and respectful of each other! To ensure we’re familiar with the people coming into our home, we will require an in-person meeting with each lessee before signing the agreement. We will arrange time prior to the season – we are available for meetups in the Bay Area, in the Tahoe area, or anywhere in between. We will be staying periodically with our two dogs and look forward to hosting you! You’re welcome to join us for some board games, craft beer, or wine whenever we’re home.

Housing Details:
– This cabin is a great fit for people who love to ski or dedicate time each season to winter sports. You will have a private room during your stay, but please remember, this is a shared space of people focused on the ski season. Other occupants might be working from home or expecting peace. This is not a party environment and noise levels are limited to a respectful volume for housemates and neighbors.
– The home comes fully furnished including bathroom towels, all kitchen essentials, and bedding, one television in the living room. Rooms are first-come, first-serve and managed via a shared Google Calendar.
– You have full access to all living spaces, which include a living room, two bathrooms, a public closet on the first floor, kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer, the hot tub, the grill, etc. Please keep common areas tidy and treat others with respect. You’re welcome to full use of the kitchen, but please be sure to put plates in the dishwasher and run it when it’s full.
– Cleaning service is included and required, we will post cleaning times on the shared calendar.

Bedding + Laundry:
Bedding is provided for each visit, you are also welcome to bring your own. At the end of your stay, please be sure to strip the bed sheets and place them in the hamper located in your room (along with any towels used during your stay). When you arrive, you will have a fresh towel and bedding waiting for you to make your bed. If you choose to bring your own bedding, please leave the provided set where it is.

Sleeping Arrangements
The cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have one queen sized bed, and the third bedroom contains a king sized bed. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and visits are managed via a shared Google Calendar.

Parking & Utilities:
-Parking included – one covered parking spot plus one driveway space are shared by the home.
-A one-time deposit goes towards internet, water, gas & electric, snow removal, and cleaning services. Any excess at the end of the lease will be re-distributed.

Pricing:
– Mid-Week (Mon-Thurs) – $2,700 ($2,900 for couples/ pairs)
– Weekend (Fri-Sun) – $3,000 ($3,200 for couples/ pairs)
– Full Week – $3,200 ($3,500 for couples/ pairs)

Deposit & Fees:
– $500 deposit due at lease signing. Deposit is applied toward a joint utilities fund; any excess at the end of the ski-lease term is returned. Utilities include Internet, water, gas & electric, snow removal, and cleaning services.
– Leasees are permitted to bring a guest with permission and at a $25/ night fee for each night.

Pets:
Must be okay with dogs; we own two dogs that might be present at the home during your stay (two 70lb labs). While we love all animals, no other pets are allowed for the lease, please.
