40 years of family skiing and snowboarding, we are a collection of snow sports enthusiasts from all over the San Francisco Bay Area who share a cabin in Tahoma. We have easy access to Homewood, Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Palisades at Tahoe resorts. Popular with families, ski patrol members, and individuals, we have slots open to fill the cabin for the 2025/2026 Season.

North Tahoe Prime Location Ski Lease: get your own private room: a rare cabin (1900 sq ft) with gorgeous views of Sugar Bowl. This house overlooks a 37-acre greenbelt with soaring ceilings and a spacious living room. There is 1 room available with a shared bath (only with another couple) for this ski season. Located in lower Tahoe Donner, it’s easily accessible from Highway-80, and only 6 mins away from coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, and supplies stores.

We have a few membership spots in our 2025/26 ski lease share. Many of our members return year over year, however, this year we have 2-3 spots! Small group. We’re winter-loving professionals from all over the Bay Area. We’re fun, conscientious, kind, and respectful. Expert to intermediate skilled mountain runs.

This is a home share with your own bright, south-facing private bedroom with plenty of natural light is available in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a beautiful quiet part of Truckee; includes utilities and a private bathroom, and this home is perfect for a single occupant who is clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful.

Private room and loft for ski share couple or family. The cabin is 4 houses from the Sugar Bowl Gondola, a five minute walk. Arrive and leave your car parked! Walk to the Sugar Bowl Gondola. Watch the ski slopes from the kitchen window.

Serene Lakes ski lease share 4 Bedroom 2 Bath house for the winter season. It’s like a “destination resort” with Royal Gorge trails and fabulous backcountry powder ascents right out the back door and two frozen skiable lakes right out the front door. Easy access to Sugarbowl, Soda Springs and Donner Ski Ranch.

Join our prime location ski lease share only 5 minute drive to Alpine Meadows and easy access to Palisades. On the mountaineer route. The house is a communal shared rental with access to a locked garage and other storage options for gear all season. The full time membership is $3750 per person. Midweek memberships (Sunday – Thursday night) available for $2200 per person.

We have a few slots open in our ski share just north of Tahoe City in Carnelian Bay. Ski lease dates are Jan 4 – May 04. We are a group of Bay Area professionals who value a friendly and relaxed cabin vibe. Most of us ski/board at Palisades/Alpine Meadows, a 20 minute drive away. Northstar and Homewood are all also within 20-25 minutes.
