Five minute walk from the Sugar Bowl Gondola. Arrive and leave your car parked! Third floor loft (twin) and bedroom (queen) exclusive use for the month of December.
The cabin is 4 houses from the Sugar Bowl Gondola, a five minute walk.

Shared entrance and fully equipped kitchen.
Two full bathrooms, one on the 3rd floor, one on the lower floor.
Mature, responsible Sugar Bowl ski instructor has a bedroom on the middle floor. Owners there on occasion (lower floor).
One car max. Everyone shares shoveling snow from the driveway to the entrance. No Pets or smoking.
Cost
$2,500 for the month of December includes driveway plowing, water, sewer, garbage, recycling, propane (%). Additional is electricity (shared) plus move-out cleaning. + deposit. No blackout days.
Thanksgiving, New Years, 2nd car+ (specific dates) are available as add-ons. Option to add a 2nd car and the lower floor for additional days.
