This is a home share with your own bright, south-facing private bedroom with plenty of natural light is available in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in beautiful quiet part of Truckee; includes utilities and a private bathroom, and this home is perfect for a single occupant who is clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful.

You’ll be sharing the home with me and my super friendly German Shepherd, so this is ideal for someone who enjoys the company of animals. No additional pets, please. This is a peaceful space, not a party house, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM and no guests allowed.

Flexible Home Share Options:
2 weekends per month (Fri-Sun):
– 1 person: $500 / month
– 2 people (share queen bed, ideal for couples): $700 / month

2 weekdays per month (Mon-Fri):
– 1 person: $1,300 / month
– 2 people: $1,600 / month

2 full weeks per month (Mon-Sun):
– 1 person: $2,000 / month
– 2 people:$2,500 / month

Community gym, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and lap pools for $17/day.

Prime Location for Outdoor Enthusiasts:
15 minutes to Northstar, 25 minutes to Alpine, Palisades, and Sugar Bowl
Direct trail access from the backyard to the XC Ski Center (1.5 miles away)
