Greetings Snow Sliders, we are an organized Donner Lake ski lease cabin share looking to fill upstairs two bedrooms for 2025/26 Season

About Us

Our existing crew consists of skiers, boarders, instructors, racers and free skiers. Some of us have 20 yrs skiing together. Ages range from late 30’s to early 70’s [Me]. This is not a party house, we share dinners occasionally a couple of beers.

About Our Cabin

Ours is a three bedroom modified A frame located off of Donner Lake. The house itself is all knotty pine interior, 2 bathroom, one up, one down, .full kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, flat screen, cable, wifi.

Bedroom down stairs has a full size bed and usually gets used by any member that brings a guest that they sleep with. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each has a queen and 2 singles. There is a third single in one room but we are not using it to keep proper social distancing.

The kitchen have refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and storage shelfs. Ski lease members store their gear in the garage between trips as well.

Upstairs bath has a shower, downstairs has a tub. Use what ever you like. We have a large flat driveway and a two car garage. Total parking easily 7 vehicles. We pay for a plow service for the driveway, but are required to shovel the decks, and we all chip in with that task. No pets please.

Cost/Scheduling Cabin Stays

We use a google calendar for scheduling stays. Some of us are mid-week, some weekenders. All are entitled to do both. We try and keep a balanced mix of usage .For now we are all male members but can allow up to 3 females to join us.
No smoking in the house, outside on decks is allowable. We dont have a cleaning service, so we all chip in to keep things neat and tidy.

The cost for the ski season is $1600 per person plus $400 refundable deposit.

Season is 12/1/2025 to 4/30/2026.

No full time living at cabin, no staying longer than 2 weeks at a time. Anyone staying more than 30 days will be asked to pay an additional $10/day to help offset utilities.

All-in-all this is a fun cabin share group; either ski/ride solo or with a buddy. Don’t wait and miss this opportunity.
