We have a few memberships available in our 5-Month winter ski lease in Olympic Valley. This house is ideally located – only one mile from the lifts and village at Palisades.

Take advantage of the Mountaineer, a free in-valley app service that runs shared vans that will pick up / drop off at the house, resort and anywhere else in the valley. The house is also close enough to walk to the village. Since Palisades has limited parking and requires reservations, this is a MAJOR PERK!

We are a group of Bay Area skiers and riders, adult singles and couples, all professionals in our 30-40s who are friendly, responsible, clean and courteous. We are a tight knit mountain family and we look forward to welcoming some newbies.

*5 month lease term: Dec 12- May 11. It includes ALL holidays!
*Membership: $4500 per/person + refundable deposit (13-14 total members)

*Couples preferred & you are guaranteed a private room with a queen bed

Our priority is shredding the mountain and enjoying the beauty of Tahoe. We are more of an après crowd with the occasional night out. We LOVE our house family dinners, game nights and mellow house parties. Ability level ranges from advanced to expert. If you’re looking for a raging party house, this isn’t for you. If you like great food, good cocktails, craft beers and first tracks, let’s talk!

Our ski lease is a communal house shared with a great group of friends. You have access to a locked garage to store gear for the season, and indoor closet space to keep personal items. We are an organized group, and we use a shared calendar for occupancy and carpooling.

The property has a main house with 6 bedrooms / 3 full baths and an attached 1 bedroom / 1 full bath apartment. Both have full kitchens. This is a classic mountain house, perfect for a ski lease. Living room windows and decks overlook the ski mountain and valley. The entire house comfortably sleeps up to 17 in beds. Every member is guaranteed a bed at all times and couples always have their own queen bedroom.

Off-street parking for up to 8 vehicles on a well-plowed driveway. The hot tub has filtered views of Resort Chair, Far East and Red Dog. Amenities include a wood burning fireplace, hot tub, high speed WiFi, cable, 2 full kitchens, dishwasher, laundry, and plow service.

Guests are welcome for a fee. Any overages from guest fees or surplus after expenses is equally distributed at lease end.
