6 Bedroom South Lake Tahoe 2025/26 Ski Lease: Open for Mid-week+ and Weekend+ members

This is our 5th year running, and we have room to add more people to the lease this year. We usually have between 10 – 14 people for the season.

Usage: The price below is for the entire season, not monthly.
Season (Mid-Dec – April 30th)
$2,200 per person for weekend users (Thursday – Sunday)
$2000/pp for weekday (Sunday – Thursday)

Located near the Y (about 10 mins from Heavenly, 35 from Kirkwood, 45 to Squaw).

+ $150 cleaner fee (covers the entire season)
+ $200 returnable deposit
+ $50 guest fee per guest per night *subject to availability

The House:
6 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 9 beds, a two-car garage, and plenty of driveway parking.

+ 2200 sq ft two-story house

+ 6 Bedrooms (9 beds, (2 kings, 4 queens, 2 twins, 1 full) not including couches and space for air mattresses) and 2 full baths

+ Recently remodeled kitchen

+ Recently remodeled living/great room with fireplace

+ 65″ wide screen TV

+ DVD/Xbox and stereo systems

+ Fast WiFi for fast streaming entertainment or ‘working from home’ capabilities

+ Two working spaces, full desk, and monitor set up

+ Large family dining table

+ Full laundry facilities

+ Secure storage for skis and snowboard (limited)

Location of the lease:

+ Off Eloise Ave, near the Y

+ Location: 6 miles to Stateline, 5 miles to Heavenly, 30 miles to Kirkwood, and .25 miles from the meadow (awesome snowshoeing)

About the lease calendar:

+ Number of people: ~10-14 members & guests max per night (members first of course). We don’t like to overlook the house so we only take on enough members that beds/space allows

+ The lease will run for 5 months, from approximately early Dec through end of May (no blackouts for Christmas and New Years or other holidays)

Membership pricing & Utility deposit: all pricing is for the season, not monthly

+ Mid-Week+ access: (Sunday evening to Thursday afternoon): $2000 per individual (save $100 per person if you come in as a couple or group of friends). Utility, cleaning and service fee: $200.

+ Weekend+ access: (Thursday evening to Sunday evening): $2200 per individual (save $100 per person if you come in as a couple or group of friends). Utility, cleaning and service fee: $200.

+ Utility/cleaning fee covers regularly scheduled cleanings, internet access, cable, snow removal, heat, water and electricity, trash removal, etc.

+ No dogs allowed without owners written pre-approval

Guests & Guest Fee Payments:

+ $50 per person per night

+ No guests at the house without member hosts (this means if you leave, the guest leaves with you)

+ Members record the guest(s) on the calendar and pay for the guest(s) *before* you arrive via zelle/venmo

Most importantly, the people:

+ All professionals in late-20s to 50s

+ Serious ski / early tracks crowd, but also like to socialize and have fun together (game nights/family dinner/movie nights)

+ All repeat & potential members will be asked to meet with us/group in the area to chat and get to know each other

+ We strongly encourage friends to join together as well as couple

+ Note: No kids please, sorry!
