Join Our South Lake Tahoe 2025/26 Winter Ski Lease Share – Prime Location, Great House, Great People!

We are a Bay Area couple in our 30s who own a beautiful, spacious home in South Lake Tahoe and come up primarily on weekends to ski. We’re a friendly, respectful, and clean group looking for like-minded individuals to share in the fun of a Tahoe winter.

The house has easy access to Pioneer Trail where streets get plowed quickly and is 10 min to Heavenly, 35 min to Kirkwood. The house includes 2 living spaces with TVs and fireplaces, 4 bedrooms with large beds (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Fulls), 2.5 bathrooms and is fully equipped with all kitchen supplies, sheets, towels, etc.

We currently have space for a few full-timers and mid-weekers this season.

House Details:

Prime Location:
– Our 2,500 sq ft home is on a quiet street off Pioneer Trail, making it easy to access everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Heavenly is 10 minutes away, and Kirkwood is 35 minutes away.

Accommodations:
– The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a 3 car garage (Room for 2 cars inside garage 1 space is used for gear storage/shelf space for members)
– We have two main living areas (upstairs / downstairs), each with a fireplace and flat-screen TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes.

Amenities:
– Enjoy fast WiFi, laundry, and snow removal service. The garage and large driveway provide ample parking and plenty of storage for your gear. Each member has a dedicated space for storing gear in the garage (bring your own tote) and dedicated shelf space in the kitchen for storing food.

Lease Details:

Dates: December 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026

Rates:
– Full-time memberships are $750/month per person
– Midweek-only memberships are $400/month per person
– All utilities, snow removal, and cleaning are included in the price
House Rules: This is not a full-time residence, and members are asked to respect quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.. No parties, smoking, or other dogs are permitted. Rooms are first come, first served and managed via a shared Google Calendar.
