OLYMPIC VALLEY 2026-27 SKI LEASE

Hi Skiers! We’re looking for a 3rd family to join our ski lease in our Olympic Valley house for the season. Perfect for a family with Palisades Team athlete!

Great neighborhood location with easy access (Mountaineer!!!) to the slopes. Large, comfortable 4BR + loft / 3BA home. Full Team season, December through April.

LOCATION

210 Winding Way — a great spot: flat with easy access, just off the main road but tucked into a quiet neighborhood. This will be our 4th season at this house.

OUR FAMILIES

Our daughter (17) is a Mighty Mites coach; our housemates have two daughters (11 and 8) on Snowboard and Mighty Mites Teams. We’re looking for one more family to round out the group.

THE HOUSE

– Downstairs: a great room with 2 king beds plus a twin, and a bathroom — this is shared kid space, and works especially well for girls (preferred)

– Main level: 3 bedrooms (one per family) and 2 bathrooms (one en suite)

– Loft: a large “5th bedroom” we’ve used for overflow, guests, and slumber parties

– Main level is open and spacious with a great fireplace and lots of couch space— it’s become our main gathering spot at the end of the day, and works well for hosting friends, dinners, birthday parties, etc.

– Garage parking

– Dog-friendly (medium-sized, well-behaved pups considered)

LEASE TERMS

December 4 – April 5, covering the full Teams season.

Approximate cost: $15.2K per family (covers rent, $3.5K in prepaid utilities, end-of-season cleaning, etc.), plus a refundable $3.3K deposit.
