Join our 6 Bedroom Olympic Valley Ski Lease Share, New Build

We’re four friends who bought a house and did a complete rebuild, with it specifically designed to be a ski lease. The house is finishing construction through December, and we’re excited to share our house with some people who love Olympic Valley and winter activities!

The House
– 6 Bedrooms: 8-10 beds, 14 bed spaces
– Upstairs Master: 1 King bed or can split into 2 twin beds
– Downstairs Master: 1 King bed or can split into 2 twin beds
– Queen Room 1: Queen bed
– Queen Room 2: Queen bed
– Bunk Room 1: Two Queen bed bunks
– Bunk Room 2: Two twin bed bunks
– Bathrooms: 5 full bathrooms (5 showers, 5 toilets, 1 bath tub)

Additional House Information
– 5 Parking spaces
– Dedicated storage for your hardware and your clothing, including boot / glove dryers
– Modern open layout connecting the kitchen, family room, dining room, and porch
– Hot tub
– Heated bathroom floors
– High speed internet and communal office room
– Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all new appliances

Located 1.4 miles from Palisades Village – park for the weekend and take the free Mountaineer Shuttle to the slopes!

About Us
Professionals mostly in their 30s. We love to ski and all things in the mountains and Olympic Valley. Enjoy a good Après, night at the bars, along with nights at home with friends, but this is not a party house.

Who we are looking for
Fun and relaxed professionals of all ages who love hitting the slopes, hanging out with friends, and enjoy a drama free and tidy living space. Couples are warmly welcomed along with skiers and riders of various levels.

Lease Details
– January 6th – May 7th, 2026
– Includes all weekdays and weekends during that period
– Maximum of 14 people on the ski lease, so everyone can have a guaranteed bed.
– We’ll be using a shared google sheet for scheduling, carpooling, and expense tracking.

House Rules
– No pets
– No indoor smoking
– No subleasing of memberships

Rate
– $3,500 for the season
– $1,000 security deposit, refunded at end of the season
– Utilities split between members
– $75 nightly guest rate, members have priority over guests.

The house has been under construction all summer and is planned to be completed in December. We are realistic in recognizing that construction delays are a possibility, and in this event, we will pro-rate the ski lease for each day it is delayed.
