Alpine Meadows Ski Lease Share – 6 month Lease – December 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026 – 5 Bedrooms

We have both midweek and full time memberships available. The full time membership is $3750 per person. Midweek memberships (Sunday – Thursday night) available for $2200 per person.

The House:

5 minute drive to Alpine Meadows and easy access to Palisades. On the mountaineer route.

The house is a communal shared rental with access to a locked garage and other storage options for gear all season.

Guests are welcome for a fee.

Five bedrooms, 3.5 baths:
Bedroom 1 – 1 twin and 1 full
Bedroom 2 – 2 twins and 1 full
Bedroom 3 – 1 queen
Bedroom 4 – 1 queen
Bedroom 5 – 1 king, master bath.

Very spacious kitchen with ample storage. Great common area for relaxing and spending time with friends and housemates. Parking for around 8 vehicles.

The group:
We range from mid 20s to 40 – all professionals with the full spectrum of ski/snowboard ability. There are even some backcountry folks in the house. We value first chair and last chair with some apres mixed in as well. We are not a party house, but we do enjoy socializing with a drink or music at home provided it does not disrupt cleanliness or relaxation.
