Luxury Carnelian Bay Ski Lease Share – Get your own bedroom for the 2025/26 season

Get your own bedroom in a Carnelian Bay home share available in a completely remodeled, luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Major fifteen-month renovation completed two years ago. Everything has been updated: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room, heating, plumbing, sound system, hot tub, fireplace, BBQ, etc.

There is parking for two cars in a heated garage and room for 3 more in the driveway. Looking to rent out 2 of the bedrooms from early January to early May. Choose from a queen bedroom or two twins bedroom.

Cost of a room is $5000 for the 4 months. Includes all utilities, linens, plow service and use of the entire house. Stay for as long as you like. I just ask that you not make it your permanent domicile for the entire period.

There is no maid service. Looking for 1-4 people to rent each room for the season. No more than 2 of the 4 people in the room at any time, no sublets. There is an option for occasional guests in the third room at a charge. I love kids and dogs but not in the ski lease. I do ask that renters help with snow removal on the deck. There is a snow blower.

I am 66, retired, and ski weekdays. Will be up periodically during the season for 1-2 weeks at a time.
