Palisades Tahoe Ski Lease Share Midweek Spots Available

This Lanny Lane ski lease has a few mid-week memberships spots; join us to enjoy Tahoe without traffic, skiing without parking reservations, and a giant hot tub with views of the mountain. Walk to the Funitel and Le Chamois. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a loft, a library, and a futon room, the house provides a perfect combination of privacy and community.

We are drama free. We hope you are too! We like to laugh. We hope you do too! We
eat meals together, go to the bars together, and we keep the noise down when
others are sleeping at night. There are not assigned bedrooms for the weekends. Guests are welcome for a fee.

$4000 all in for mid-week members and any money left over in the house account will get equally distributed back to the renters. The House sleeps 12 to 15 people.

The lease is from January 8, 2025 to May 15, 2026.

shuttle that will take you anywhere in the valley for free.
