Looking for an amazing ski lease share this winter? Join our South Lake Tahoe ski/snowboard house share and make the most of the season! Located just off Pioneer Trail, our house is only 8 minutes from Heavenly’s California Lodge and 40 minutes from Kirkwood – a perfect spot for Epic Pass holders.
We’re creating a community of up to 10 members who love to ski, ride, and enjoy Tahoe weekends together. Expect a relaxed and respectful vibe: early mornings on the slopes, friendly evening hangouts with games, and quiet hours from 10PM–6AM.
About the House:
* 2,200 sq ft two-story home
* 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
* Large downstairs living area plus upstairs family room with pool table and darts
* Pull-out sofa in the upstairs space for extra sleeping options
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Washer/dryer available
* Parking for 3 cars
* Professional snow clearing + monthly house cleaning
* High-speed internet (500+ Mbps)
Lease Details
* Dates: December 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026
Rates:
* Individual membership: $2,500 for the season
* Couples membership: $3,750 for the season
* Midweek-only memberships available (inquire for details)
* Utilities included
* Guests welcome with a hosting member ($50/night guest fee)
House Rules
* This is not a full time residence, members may stay a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
* No smoking or parties.
* No pets allowed.
* Rooms and weekends managed via a shared Google Calendar (first come, first served).
