South Lake Tahoe Communal Ski Cabin 20s + 30s near ski Heavenly Mountain Resort

Join our 3 month ski lease (Dec 12 – Mar 15) in South Lake Tahoe, a 5 minute drive from the Heavenly gondola. We are cultivating a communal environment where everyone is friendly with each other. The cabin includes a hot tub, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and three parking spots.

About our ski cabin
This cabin is a great fit for people who work from home and love to ski. As people are working from home, this space is not a party environment and noise levels are limited. Existing members are in their late 20’s – early 30’s and are skiing on the Epic Pass. The cabin is dog friendly and has an enclosed backyard. We have one small dog staying at the cabin; additional well-behaved dogs will be considered.

About the sleeping arrangements
The cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have one queen sized bed, and the third bedroom contains a full sized bed. We’ll use a Google spreadsheet to coordinate stays, so you will always have access to a private bedroom while at the cabin. This is not a full-time residence, you must have a full-time residence elsewhere.

Cost

The membership fee is $2750. A couple sharing the same bedroom pays the same fee ($2750 for an individual or $2750 for a couple). That gets you access for all 3 months (Dec 12 – Mar 15).
