We’re looking for fellow ski enthusiasts to join our friendly group for the 2025-2026 ski season! Our spacious, 8-9 member cabin is perfectly located in Tahoe Vista, offering easy access to some of the best ski resorts in the area. If you’re passionate about skiing or snowboarding and want to enjoy the mountains with a welcoming group, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

· Prime Location: Skip the usual traffic! We’re just:

o 10 minutes from NorthStar

o 30 minutes from Palisades and Mt. Rose

o 17 minutes from Incline Village

· Close to Essentials: Only 3 minutes from Safeway—making those quick grocery runs a breeze.

About the Cabin:

· Spacious and Comfortable: 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Rooms include one with a king bed, three with both a queen and a twin bed. Large open kitchen and dining room.

· Peaceful and Scenic Views: Large living room with vaulted ceilings and deck with partial lake view provides a peaceful retreat after a day on the slopes. Tranquil back deck faces a meadow.

· Relaxation Space: A cozy downstairs living area for lounging or remote work. There’s even room for guests!

· Full Amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, snow removal, washer/dryer, a two-car garage and a large level driveway.

· Lake Access: Just a short 3-minute walk to the lake for year-round beauty.

About Us: We’re a mix of passionate skiers and snowboarders, energetic 40 and older who love to hit the slopes early and make the most of the season. Our group enjoys sharing meals, relaxing after a long day of skiing, and having great conversations. We’re a friendly, respectful crew from the East Bay, Peninsula, and South Bay—all of us are homeowners.

Flexible Ski Schedules: Whether you prefer skiing on weekdays to avoid the crowds or hitting the slopes on the weekend, we’ve got you covered. Our members coordinate via email or a shared calendar to make the most of the season.

Membership Details:

· Lease Term: January 8 – May 7, 2026

· Cost: $2,500 for the whole season, assuming 9 members. Shorter terms possible.
· Utilities: Around $160 each for the season.
· Cleaning Fee: End-of-season cleaning is estimated at $100 per person.
